ARO Tender Consulting was founded by Andrew Otimi in 2017.

After working in multiple managerial and consultant positions within the bidding field, he discovered the same issues time and time again- despite being established, organisations approached bidding with great difficulty and struggled to effectively interpret tender requirements, failing to match their experience and capabilities and produce competitive, winning bids.
